ByakuganThe Byakugan (白眼; Viz "Evil Eye" or "All Seeing White Eye"; Literally meaning "White Eye") is a Dōjutsu Kekkei Genkai, a genetic trait, that is shared amongst the members of the Hyūga Clan. Those that inherit the blood of this clan have almost featureless white eyes. Although it is not stated directly, it is assumed that all members of the Hyūga family possess the Byakugan. It has been said that the Sharingan is a genetic offshoot of the Byakugan.The Byakugan is the primary focus of the Hyūga's special arts. When the Byakugan is activated, their pupils become more distinct, and the veins near their temples bulge. Abilities of the Byakugan:

The first ability of the Byakugan gives the user a near 360º field of vision, except for one blind spot at the back of the neck above the third thoracic vertebra.The second ability is having the ability to see through solid objects, and can use a degree of telescopic sight. The distance and the degree of telescopic sight varies from person to person. However, the third and one of the greatest uses of the Byakugan is the ability to see chakra, as well as the chakra circulation system inside another's body. It is from this particular ability that they are able to employ their ultimate attack style: Gentle Fist. Unlike the Strong Fist, which is focused on external injuries, the Gentle Fist style focuses on internal injuries. Each strike, when placed correctly, strikes along the Chakra Pathway System, which is the network of vessels that carry chakra. This network is closely intertwined with the functioning of the body's organs, and so, when the keirakukei take damage, the organs suffer as well. There is no defense against the Gentle Fist, since one cannot train one's internal organs to become stronger. The only possible defense is to stop the Gentle Fist's hits from connecting.

Note: While active, you are entitled to know other people's current CP and use that knowledge in-character.
Note: Every round the Byakugan is active, accumulate 1 fatigue. Every round the Byakugan is in-active, fatigue reduces by one. For every 10 points of fatigue on the user, all their rolls are reduced by 1. The Byakugan may be turned on and off with a free action.
Note: An active Byakugan counts as having an upkeep cost of 0CP. Effects that increase CP costs increase the upkeep.
Gentle Fist Style
Through the use of their special eyes, the Hyūga use a powerful brand of taijutsu that exploits weak points in their victim's chakra system. An inherently accurate art requires much control to master.
Core Ability
Base I:Free Action, spend 2CP to add +2 to your next Clan Jutsu roll.
Upgrade I:Free Action, spend 2CP to add +3 to your next Clan Jutsu roll.
Upgrade II: Free Action, spend 2CP to add +4 to your next Clan Jutsu roll.
Note: The Byakugan must be active to be able to use this slot.
Note: You may use lower grade versions of this slot if you have purchased higher ones.
Strict Traditions
The desirability of the eyes of the Hyūga mean that they have fought off kidnappings and persecution many times in the past. Through this tough past they became stoic and harsh; training their children from tiny ages.
Base I: +D3 to Clan Jutsu Damage
Upgrade I: +D3+1 to Clan Jutsu Damage
Upgrade II: +D3+2 to Clan Jutsu Damage.
Hyuuga Mystic
Manipulating the chakra points of the body allow Hyūga to extrude chakra from any part of their body. Many can execute their clan jutsu with little movement; usually to break out of tight situations or prepare themselves for when they are freed.
Base I: May preform clan jutsu that targets the self, while physically stunned for +5CP cost. Clan jutsu ignores 1 DR.
Upgrade I: May preform clan jutsu that targets the self, while physically stunned for +4CP cost. Clan jutsu ignores 1 DR.
Upgrade II: May preform clan jutsu that targets the self, while physically stunned for +3CP cost. Clan jutsu ignores D2 DR.
Note: May also activate/deactivate the Byakugan while physically stunned.
Double Tap
One among the Hyuuga that believes two blows are better than one she has become proficient in incorporating the manoeuvring and necessary chakra projection into her training regime

Disrupt Chakra Point
Hit a target’s chakra point to disturb their flow, making the user less efficient with how they produce workable jutsu.
Type/Rank: E-rank Hyūga taijutsu (STR/DEX)
Cost: 1CP
Effect: Single Target Attack, deals base damage-1. Increases Taijutsu CP costs for the target by +1 for 1 round.
Note: Multiple CP costs increase do not stack, only the highest applies. The duration is stacked however
Expand Byakugan
By feeding the unique eyes of the Hyuuga more chakra, the vision of the eyes can expand further than usual.
Type/Rank: E-rank Hyūga Dojutsu (WIS)
Cost: 1CP
Effect: Can use chakra detection 1 area further than normal with your next chakra detection roll.
Note: Out of Combat Only.
Minor Vacuum Palm [Naomi Hyuuga]
An even less effective form of the Lesser Vacuum Palm that is almost useless without the Byakugan to make the necessary precise strikes
Type/Rank: E-rank Hyūga Ninjutsu (DEX)
Cost: 1 CP
Effect: Single Target attack, Deals base damage+1
Notes: Without precise targeting it is fairly weak and can be used to push or shove things without damaging them and so deals no damage unless combined with the Byakugan and intent.

Lesser Vacuum Palm
Precisely target the vitals of the enemy and thrust the palm outward, using chakra to make a vacuum shell, impact the enemy from a distance.

Effect: Single Target attack, Deals base damage+1d2
