-Fūinjutsu: Settouhan (Elemental Absorbtion) Rank: A Type: Fuuinjutsu Cp: 15 + 2 CP Maintenance. Description: The user does a few seals, and in return, two chakra seals will appear inside of his palms representing all five elements, however the only elements that will glow, is the ones the user has naturally. Now as this stands, the user is able to -absorb- any types of elements combined, or single for as long as he has them himself, doing so through the seals on his hands. If this is done succesfully, the user has perfectly absorbed them, but not only that, as the technique is devoured, so is the CP that was used to cast it to begin with.

Fuinjutsu: Raiton Release Rank: A Cp: 14 Description: The user channels chakra into a focused orb of light on their pointer finger, as they begin to right in mid air the Kanji for "Lightning" as it would hover for a moment. They then place their palm over the Kanji word and slowly places it on the ground all the while administering their chakra element. -Raiton Arc Blade Rank: B CP: 8 Description: Gathering chakra to his sword, he can swing it outwards curving the slash like raiton arc towards his opponent, with enough power to easily seep through material as wood, rock not even mention flesh. The chakra governing of this technique is rather fast and swift, causing almost no strain to the user as he sends out a burst of electricity along his weapon. PvP: 7d4, 2 DR pierce.
-Raiton Tekidan Rank:B Cp:8 Description: Much similair to its predecessor created by fire itself, the user creates a tiny sphere within his hand, and fuels it up in size useing the raiton element, after the size of the ball fits the users hand, he needs but throw it and cause utter destruction to his enemies. -Red Flash Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: B Cp: 8 Description: Much like its predecessor sao has found a way to link his electricity with his fire affinity changing its color, however it is not an elemental fusion, more so taking parts of fire combining it with electricity, sao standing as one of the greatest raiton users in the world, on the doorstep to a senju if not. By flickering with such speed the red lightning will remain where he once stood or trace past to his new location, even a little bit of this lightning can be devestating.

-Chidori Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: A Cp: 13 Description: Ninjutsu technique developed by Uchiha Ikki utilizing the Lightning Element. Chidori allows him to cut through any foe. This force is their chakra altered in nature to an electrical current. By altering the shape of the force, similar to an electrical discharge, they can decide the power and range of the attack. -Rairyuuretsu no Jutsu (Violent Lightning Dragon Technique) Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: A Cp: 13 Description: This technique, while similar to Rairyuudan no Jutsu, creates a smaller dragon that is much more difficult to control, albeit more efficient. PvP Effect: The user makes 1d4 attack rolls against a different target with this jutsu. Dragon vs Tiger ends this jutsu prematurely it deals 3d6 pts of damage and each target may only be hit once in the same round this technique was used.
Raiton: Ryouiki ((Custom)) Rank: A+ Cp:15 + 3 CP Maintenance Description: This technique is one that takes a while to completely manifest, as the user slowly releases tiny invisible electrical particles into his surrounding area, constantly doing so to fuel up an upcoming attack of the lightning element, as it grows stronger it will follow the movement of the user aiding him. The user goes through Four handseals, and as he finishes the last, he has to maintain the seal for as long as he intends to release the particles into the wind with a single hand.
Once the user has released the satisfying amount of electricity into the wind, he may release the seal, and now use a technique which will guide the flowing invisible particles to the strike. Having covered the entire area with electricity invisible to the naked eye, sao can direct it at any individual he desire fit, only with the use of a look.
Pvp: For 1d4+2 Rounds, User summons an electrical field that ATKs with User's WIS for 1d6 Lightning DMG, after User's Turn. Each round the electrical field DMG deals an extra + 1d6 Lightning DMG (Max. 5d6 Total, Lightning DMG from this Jutsu Bypasses 5 DR).
-Raiton: Raihana no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Lightling Blossom Jutsu) Type: Ninjutsu (Lightning) Rank: A CP: 14 The user charges his hand with lightning chakra then strikes an enemy. On contact he creates a ball of lightning in the target's body, numbing the area. When the user is hit next, the lightning explodes out of the user, ripping them apart from within. DF: The user makes an unblockable attack with their WIS, alternatively they can make a normal attack with his STR/DEX. There is no damage when the target is hit with this jutsu. However, the next time the target is hit than this jutsu deals double the target's DR in lightning damage before damage is calculated. (Effectively removing their DR and dealing damage equal to it.)(IE: Target has 4 DR and is hit with Lightning Blossom, then a kunai. -Raiton EMP Rank: A Cp: 15 Description: This takes a turn to activate, the user channels all of the raiton energy within his body, to the feet, hands, head and all body parts, after the amount is gathered, the user claps his hands together once causing a wide explosion of raiton, the electricity would numb all opponents in the area, aside the allies of the user. PvP: The user takes 1d10 internal Dmg, AOE. S Rank -Chitenraisou (One-Thousand Heavenly Spears) Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: S C: 20 Description: Using this advanced Raiton technique,the user makes it rain spear-shaped lightning bolts. The effect devastating to the area and surrounding wildlife. PvP Effect: deals 3d10+ 3d4 to all involved in the combat except for the user. The user takes 1d10 due to the mental shock of releasing such a large amount of chakra and energy.
-Akai Chidori Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: S+ Cp: 22 Description: Sao having completed his fathers work, by succeeding the chidori and completing it, Much like its predecessor this is but far stronger and far more deadlier. Having aspects of the fire chakra within his electricity causing the lightning itself to appear red and not enough, but the power of it alone could change the temperature of a place by 2-3 degrees.

-Fuuton: Wind Dragon Jutsu Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: B CP: 8 Description: Creates a dragon formed from wind. The dragon looks like a large serpent, a traditional Chinese dragon that is twenty feet long. The dragon has a red mane and the rest of his body borders light blue. The color is not distinct because the wind manipulates it from its color to transparency. The dragon can shoot larger, more deadly versions of Minawana no Jutsu from its mouth. Coupled with the use of his clans Kekkei Genkai' secondary effect, he can use this on an empty chakra pool (At the risk of his own life if he uses it for an extended period of time). The user of the Jutsu is placed inside of the dragon's center, rendering complete control over the jutsu with the motions of their arms, legs, as well as chakra flow. Upon the dispell of this Jutsu via the creators will, the jutsu explodes, sending a huge current of wind in a 360 degree radius. -Fuuton: Chikuden (flight) Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu/Taininjutsu Rank: A Cp: 13 Description: The user manipulates their wind chakra around their body, defying gravity in such to be able to "walk" in the air. By taking flight, they naturally rely on their concentration, molding and focus. As the wind chakra is coated around the user, he will be able to travel through the air at dazzling speed, in otherwords, flying. PvP Effect: User gets +5 to escape rolls, can also use in a fight, giving the user +1 to attack/defend. Each round maintaing the flight costs 2 for 1d4+2 rounds.

The Uchiha clan, or Uchiha family, are amongst the eldest clans of konohagakure no sato. They are known to possess a hidden bloodline known as the Sharingan, or Copying Wheel Eye, that is said to be one of the most feared and unmatched bloodlines of the village and the whole world at that. When the hidden villages did not exist and clans were but nomad groups that lived in war, it is said most of the Uchiha disappeared in a massacre that occurred in a blood thirsty never ending war against the Hateshinai of what today is a clan of Iwagakure no sato, a hidden village in Tsuchi no Kuni.
As of recent events, the heir of the Uchiha royal blood named Saoren has become Raikage, and seeks to establish a permanent settlement in Kumogakure for the Uchiha and once more flourish to the mighty prestige it once had prior to the massacre.

Jutsu Type: Dojutsu Rank: Hijutsu Cp: 3 Cp + Original Jutsu Cost Description: The Sharingan's first and most well-known ability is that it grants the user the ability to memorize any technique that he or she witnesses, apart from other Kekkei Genkai techniques. The user can memorize ninjutsu, genjutsu, and taijutsu with near perfect accuracy, allowing the user to use the techniques as their own, or even modify them to create their own new techniques, much like Sasuke Uchiha's Lion Combo. In order to reproduce a copied jutsu, however, one must have the necessary skill or ability to perform them. A prime example is Rock Lee's brand of taijutsu. While Sasuke was able to copy some of Lee's moves, they put a much more significant strain on him since he hasn't trained nearly as much as Lee has. In addition to physical skill and kekkei genkai techniques, the Sharingan cannot reproduce jutsu dependent on other factors, such as summons that the user has not signed a contract with. Jutsu Type: Dojutsu Rank: Hijutsu Cp: 3 Cp + Original Jutsu Cost (Affinity Penalty applies) Description: The Sharingan's second-most prominent ability grants the user an incredible clarity of perception, allowing them to easily recognize genjutsu and different forms of chakra, though not to the same extent as the Byakugan. This also allows the user to pick up on subtle details, enabling them to read lip movements or mimic something like pencil movements. As the Sharingan evolves, gaining more tomoe seals, this ability extends to being able to track fast-moving objects before finally giving some amount of predictive capabilities to the user. However, even though the user may be able to see an attack or know it is coming, their body may not have time to react. Jutsu Type: Dojutsu Genjutsu Rank: Hijutsu Cp: 3 CP + Original Genjutsu Cost Description: The Sharingan's final commonly-used ability is capable of inducing a unique brand of hypnosis that involves suggesting actions and thoughts to the opponent through genjutsu cast by simple eye contact. More advanced Sharingan users can take the hypnosis ability even further to the point where a powerful summon like Manda or even the Nine-Tailed Fox may be controlled. When this was used against Manda and the Nine-Tailed Fox their eyes took on the tomoe pattern of the users' Sharingan while under hypnotic influence. Jutsu Type: Dojutsu Rank: Hijutsu Cp: 5 CP + Original Genjutsu Cost Description: The user decrypts a genjutsu that has been applied onto them and casts back a technique with identical effects onto the opponent. It's a form of illusion reversal, but in order to instantly read through a technique and cast it in return, the Sharingan's power is necessary. As genjutsu is initially used to confuse the enemy, this technique, which sends it right back to its caster, deals a high amount of mental damage, more than anything else PvP: (Counter ATK) When targeted from a Genjutsu / Dojutsu Genjutsu ATK, Counter ATK via WIS + 2. Name: kaisou (Reflection) Rank: B Type: Doujutsu Genjutsu. Cp: 8 Description: With his sharingan, he does but need to watch the attack, having the ability to "predict" the future, he can calculate the possibility of the outcome. But not only that, he connects himself with the opponents mind, thus reversing all effects. To the opponent, if this technique lands, it will still appear as if he/she struck the user, however as it ends, all the "possible" damage dealt, will be reversed, and granted back internally.

Hyoutei (Disorientation) Rank: B Cp: 8 Description: When the user looks the other person in the eyes, he is able to use the sharingan in such a way to toy with his senses, his eye sight, hearing, reflexes going down a notch, granting the uchiha the ultimate advantage. Phantom Army ((Custom Kenshin)) Jutsu Type: Doujutsu Rank: A Cp: 13 +2 per round maintained Description: sao would glare his 3 tomoe sharingan at a single target, trapping them in a very powerful illusion. The struck target's vision would fade to black as only sao and the target stand in 2 beams of light coming from an unknown source. The single sao soon turns into 2 sao, then 4, then 8, then 16, constantly multiplying to what appears to be no end, each sao glaring their sharingan at the trapped target. PvP Effect: Lasts for 1d6+1 rounds. The struck target may only attack sao if it is a group battle as if it were a 1vs1 fight. When the target attempts to attack sao, they must roll a 1d6, on a 5-6, they successfully strike the real one. On a 1-4, they strike a "phantom" and do nothing. The 1d6 roll does not lower even if a phantom is defeated. This jutsu may be ended early, either by sao deactivating it or the enemy successfully critically hitting the real sao or if they simply manage to hit the real sao 3 times.

It was through Sao's ambitions and brutality that he had exuded through his past, making his name known and feared throughout the shinobi world when it came to eliminating anyone in his path. Noone is left unmarred from this Uchiha's rampage, not even his brother Uchiha Ichiban - having committed a great wrong against his life by taking that which was most precious to him. Through that great Sin done against his own kin, Sao realized that it was a destiny of his that those closest to him would be the first to suffer even unintentional - he was created to destroy lives. Through this realization, Sao has learned to coup with such a heavy burden and now offers others to have but a taste of the guilt he has in potentially destroying them as well unconsciously.
Focusing an intense gaze at a target, a visible stream is released that splits the air apart and causes a heavy build up of pressure to occur around his field his vision. The more accurate he focuses his gaze the more destructive it becomes, any object caught in its maximum potential would be compressed with the weight of the world overcoming them. There is certainly a great deal of strain in use of this technique, but the end effect could devastate a wide area altering the landscape with a high success rate to shatter bones. Mangekyo-Sharingan)[Silver Persuasion of Hera] Jutsu Type: Dojutsu Genjutsu Rank: S+ Cp: Varies (See Below) Description: The User has lived a life in utilizing one of his most skilled assets in his repertoire, which is his persuasive demeanor that could confuse / intimidate / or even charm people to do his bidding. Over the years Sao has managed to master this skill to the likes of which very few can truely match, and it is quite rare to resist or even see through the lies and deception that is spewed from this Uchiha's lips. Sao Uchiha is known not only as a great threat in the shinobi world for his power, but also because of his shrewd business-man's mindset. If talk does not seem to be enough to get what he wants, Sao will resort to immoral measures by attacking a person's heart and those around them until he has a firm enough hold against them.
Sao's Mangekyo would begin to spin as he gazes into the target's very soul, his eyes piercing them as if they were invisible to him and his proud being. Such a haunting look from his eyes is enough to mesmorize any who fall to the crimson orbs that seems to draw in their consciousness, making it appear as if the Mangekyo Sharingan was swallowing all within the immediate area including the target until there is nothing but a pitch black abyss. A dim light sparks above the target, with sillhouettes appearing of those in the immediate area - including one of the target but with Saoren's face. The Uchiha has completely managed to suppress the target's will and conscious under his own will, with varying potency. The strongest effect would be that of shattering the target's mind taking some time for them to regain memory of what had transpired before falling victim to this unrivaled possession dojutsu genjutsu. PvP: (Dojutsu Genjutsu) WIS / INT Rolled, Can DEF with DEX / STR at - 5 to roll. Mangekyo-Sharingan)[Shield of Ares] Jutsu Type: Dojutsu Ninjutsu / Summoning Rank: S+ Cp: Varies (See Below) Description: Sao's heart has felt so much pain and suffering in his life as a youth, corrupted and tainted by the dominating force of his grandfather Manjin to the point of losing himself and becoming a dark beast from within. On the exterior Sao poses no threat seeming to be a normal teenage Uchiha youth, whose looks have been known to charm many people - whose power has been known to supplant any against him - but within lies a deeper darkness filled with a menacing hate that is only rivaled by his ambitions for greater power and retribution against Manjin. This is Saoren's greatest and most feared technique by manifesting that darkness and make it take form of a spectral being succumbing him, a dark warrior with various levels of appearances that is the manifestation of Sao's true form.
This spectral summon towers 100 feet high, engulfed in a crimson veil blazing around it in a suit of armor. This specter contains a shield and a sword that is able to change form permitting it to attack multiple times if necessary.
